I was thinking that it would be a good idea for all 9 authors to share their books with each other for free, so we could post a review of each other's work and market each other's books along with our own!

I tried to rally the other authors but haven't heard a response. Does anyone know if there's a way to make this site notify us when someone makes a comment to our blogs?

The website allows you to send private messages to authors and readers. Simply click on the Contact tab on the Author profile. Hope this helps!

Sorry, I didn't reply right away because I'm on holiday. And I am about to rain on the parade.
In all honesty there is only 9 of us: which means I need to buy 8 books at 4.99 each. That's 40 and for myself, I'd rather just buy them. Please don't give them to me.
Two reasons:
1) When my book comes out, I don't mind giving away free copies to those of you who might be interested in reading it. (Just shoot me an email, but if you are not, then please don't). In my comic book life: it has always worked better when I did buys instead of swaps. If someone thinks books about space travel and what time dilation means to families is stupid. They seriously might not want to read 400 pages of that. Meaning I don't want anyone to feel they have to read my book.
2) I'm a seriously slow reader. However I plan to read everyones book and once I do read them, I will write reviews. Not just here, but on my blog and most importantly on Amazon and such. I would rather enjoy them for what they are. And I won't if I feel that I am beholden.
Next subject: I think doing guest blogs is a great idea: I was on Sofia's blog. Anyone who wants to be interviewed or do a guest blog is welcome to do one on mine.

Hi Elizabeth,
I respect your feelings on the issue. That said, I don't know if I'm interested in space travel and time dilation but I'm interested in reading your book for a few reasons, one of which is: I'm curious about what kind of company I keep as it pertains to my publisher. I feel a bond with all of you as first time novelists all picked up by the same visionary.
I'm nothing if not honest but I feel that I'm capable of reviewing a book for its merit even if it the content doesn't turn out to be my personal cup of tea. And So I'll be looking forward to a copy of your book. ;-)

By the way, you guys, I have a Sony Reader, so I only need the 48fourteen set of files when you get them.
Note: Some changes needed to be made to Rose's Will, and I haven't yet received the revised files. So post what kind of file you need and when I receive my copies of the files, I'll send you the proper format.
