I’m new to the published writing world, but have been participating in online writing sites as well as contests for a couple of years. Having started my ‘public’ writing career through fanfiction, it took awhile before I was pushed, shoved, and cattle prodded into writing my very own works of fiction. I told everyone I was never going to be good enough to stand alone and that they would see how wrong they were. Needless to say, I’ve been eating my words and my husband is the leader shoveling them in quicker than I can swallow. Thanks hubs!
